There happens to be omnibus allegation regarding assault by means of various weapons having been possessed by the accused persons as a result of which mother, sister, bhabhi of informant Sikandar Chaudhary became injured out of whom one had sustained grievous injury. Considering the nature of allegation, petitioner Vijay Kumar Ray @ Vijay Raj is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Civil Lines P.S. Case No.123 of 2015.
