The petitioner is languishing in jail since 07.02.2015 in a case instituted under Sections 384, 385, 435, 341, 147 and 148 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of the C.L.A.Act. It is alleged by the informant that on 29/30.12.2014 unknown Maoist had caught hold him and put the roller machine on fire with demanding Rangdari and when the informant went there and found the said roller machine destroyed and a parchi written for levy has been given to the informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 07.02.2015. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case. The petitioner name has come in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37315 of 2015 (3) dt.06-10-2015 present case on the basis of the confessional statement of the coaccused, except for that, there is no other material against the petitioner. The other co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court in Cr.Misc.No.21031 of 2015 and Cr.Misc.No.20931 of 2015.
On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in course of the investigation. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Jehanabad in connection with Sakurabad P.S.Case No.136 of 2014.
