JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 325, 341, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation against the petitioners is to have made assault to the informant and snatched `30,000/- along with mobile and chain. The specific accusation of assault with iron rod is against petitioner no.1 and with sickle is against petitioner no.2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the injury has been found to be simple and subsequently the petitioners' side also lodged complaint case against the informant. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3543 of 2016 (2) dt.22-01-2016 2/2 petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners if they surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Azamnagar P.S. Case No. 198 of 2014 pending in the court of learned JM, 1st Class, Katihar. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
