2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 385, 384, 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner along with other coaccused person illegally took possession of the store room of the tower of Idea Cellular Company and tried to disturb the network and also demanded extortion from the informant .

4. It is submitted that there is 12 days delay in lodging the F.I.R for which there is no plausible explanation. There is no such occurrence as alleged has ever taken place.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37163 of 2023(2) dt.03-08-2023 2/2 petition of the petitioner and submits that petitioner is named in the F.I.R and there is specific accusation of alleged occurrence is against him. He further submits that petitioner has got three criminal antecedent.

6. Considering the criminal antecedent and gravity of allegation, prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Kaushik/- U T
