The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 285/2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner and four others are said to have come to the house of the informant and there is general allegation of having resorted to firing. As a result of the aforesaid firing, one person has been injured.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific accusation against the petitioner. No

The petitioner is in custody since 16.01.2020 Regard being had to nature of accusation and the period of custody of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 285/2019 .
