The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against this petitioner is that he obtained appointment on the post of Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated certificate.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has not submitted any forged or fabricated certificate and at the time of appointment, after due verification of the certificate/document by the authority concerned, petitioner was appointed as Panchayat Teacher.

No.36610 of 2022(3) dt.22-11-2022 2/2 However, learned counsel for the Vigilance Department, by filing counter affidavit, vehemently opposed the bail petition and submitted that after due enquiry, it was found that the certificate, which was submitted by the petitioner at the time of joining, was in the name of someone else i.e. Dhananjay Kumar.

Considering the same, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
