JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-02-2023 This writ application has been filed by the petitioner for a direction to the respondents 1st set not to transfer the properties of the respondents 2nd set to any other authority for any purpose as the B.S.R.T.C. is an autonomous body created under the Road Transport Corporation Act, 1950. Learned counsel for the State as well as B.S.R.T.C. jointly take objection to the prayer made in the writ application and submit that petitioner is a busy body having no concern with the affairs of the respondents 1st set & 2nd set. The present writ application is frivolous and has been filed in the nature of P.I.L. in order to gain popularity.

Patna High Court CWJC No.9351 of 2018(3) dt.04-02-2023 2/2 Taking into consideration the nature of prayer and the fact that petitioner is not an aggrieved person, I do not find any merit in this application.
