JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 24-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506, 379, 188 and 269 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the petitioners entered into the house of the informant and assaulted him along with his family members.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners. There

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstance of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court Below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Chandan P.S Case No.76 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) N.K/- U T
