The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Uchkagaon P.S. Case No.144 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner no.1 is 70 years old.

Considering the prosecution case and relationship between the parties, the application for anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioner no.1, namely, Arjun Yadav @ Arjun Choudhary is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner no.1, namely, Arjun Yadav

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46349 of 2021(2) dt.12-04-2022 2/2 @ Arjun Choudhary, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Uchkagaon P.S. Case No.144 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. So far as petitioner no.2, namely, Vivek Yadav @ Vivek Kumar is concerned, considering the allegation against him that he assaulted the daughter of the informant, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. His application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
