Mr. Praveen Kumar learned counsel appearing for the review petitioner endeavours for rehearing of the matter for according to him, a reconsideration of the matter in the light of some documents which came in possession of the petitioner lately, would change the course of the proceeding.
The claim of the review petitioner was opposed by the State by filing counter affidavit in the writ proceedings. The failure of the review petitioner to contest the statements made by the respondents in paragraphs nos.10 and 11 of the counter affidavit, the doubts raised on her date of birth, cannot be looked into at this stage. Further, the review application also does not contain any material which would persuade this Court for a review.
The review application is devoid of merit and is dismissed accordingly.
