The sole petitioner, invoking extra-ordinary writ jurisdiction of this Court, has prayed for quashing of entire proceeding in C.C.A. Case No. 75 of 2019 alongwith order dated 24-04-2019, whereby the petitioner was asked to report in a particular police station. The effect of the order was till 25-05-2019.

Since the period, during which the petitioner was

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.938 of 2019(2) dt.17-06-2019 2/2 asked to report in a police station, has already expired, there is no reason to further proceed with the matter. The criminal writ petition stands dismissed as same has become infructuous.
