JUSTICE HEMANT GUPTA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 04-10-2016 In the present petition, the prayer is to command the official respondents to immediately arrest respondent nos. 7 to 12 in connection with Nagar P. S. Case No. 679 of 2015 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. A perusal of the petition shows that the case is pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram. It has also come on record that the petitioner filed a

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.942 of 2016 dt.04-10-2016 2/2 complaint which was sent to police for investigation, but a closure report was submitted. The petitioner has filed a protest petition before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram. Since the matters are pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, all orders in respect of investigation, inquiry and trial are to be passed by the said Court alone.
