The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Desari (Chandpur OP) P.S. Case No.250 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 326, 379, 427, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

In view of the fact that injuries sustained by the informant's side are simple in nature, this application for

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Desari (Chandpur OP) P.S. Case No.250 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
