Mr. Purushottam Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Accountant General informs the Court that PPO has already been issued in favour of the petitioner and as such the grievance of the petitioner has been finally settled. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of.

In the event the grievance of the petitioner has not been redressed by the respondents, liberty shall be available to him to file appropriate application for revival of the present writ petition.
