2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 194 of 2023 registered under Sections 452, 354(B) and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 24.10.2023 at 11:00 p.m., when informant was sleeping alone in her home, in the meantime, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner entered in her house and tried to outrage her modesty.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to enmity. Further submission is that both parties are co-villagers. As a matter of fact,

The wages of the petitioner of Rs. 15,000/- was due upon the informant and when petitioner demanded his dues, this false and concocted case has been lodged against him. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Naugachiya, Bhagalpur in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 194 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) utkarsh/- U T
