JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners being parents of the husband of the victim are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A,304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after four years of marriage for non fulfillment of dowry demands.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general against the entire inlaws family of the victim including the petitioners but the thrust of accusation is against the husband of the victim who is in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3607 of 2016 (2) dt.22-01-2016 2/2 custody. The petitioners claim to be separate from the husband of the victim.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Lakhnaur P.S. Case No. 108 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Anil/- U T
