The prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused thrice, lastly on 19.09.2018 vide Cr. Misc. No. 48350 of 2018, wherein observation was made that if the trial of the petitioner is not concluded within three months, the petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. More than ten months have been elapsed, but, the trial of the petitioner, i.e., S. Tr. No. 16 of 2014 has not started as yet and the petitioner is in custody since 18.12.2012.

In view of the observation made under order, dated 19.09.2018, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48350 of 2018 the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with
