3. The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 15.7.2021 passed in A.B.P. No. 265/2021 arising out of Dighalbank P.S. Case no. 32/2021 by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, 3rd Kishanganj by which the petition dated 15.7.2021 filed by the petitioner for extension of time for six months period for payment of 20% of the cheque bounce amount in order passed in A.Β.Ρ. No. 265/2021 dated 2.7.2021 has been not allowed and the same has been extended for a further period of 15 days.

4. I have gone through the records of the case. I do not find any ground to interfere in the impugned order.
