This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Vaishali (Belsar) Case No. 410 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 449, 323, 324 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Since the petitioner is the main assailant and there is direct allegation against him of having killed the informant's father by assaulting him with a dagger, this application is rejected.
