JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 7.10.2015 in connection with Sahebganj P.S. case No.45 of 2015 pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Muzaffarpur with the direction to the trial court to conclude the trial preferably within a period of one year.
Vide letter No.499 of 2016 dated 29.11.2016 it has been submitted by the trial court that the further period of nine months be granted for concluding the trial. It has further been submitted that out of nine prosecution witnesses six prosecution witnesses have already been examined and only three witnesses are yet to be examined.

No.34111 of 2015 (4) dt.21-12-2016 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the trial court is granted further period of five months for concluding the trial from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. If necessary, the trial may be conducted on day-today basis. The District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur and the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur are directed to ensure that the remaining three prosecution witnesses are produced on the date fixed by the Trial Court so that the trial could be concluded within the stipulated period.
Let this order be communicated to the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur and the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur.
