JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-07-2016 The present application has been filed for quashing of First Information Report of Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 146 of 2015, registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is of producing forged challan of Rs. 1,12,600/- during the registration of sale deed with regard to a land. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is the vendor. The alleged challan was not produced by him.

This Court is not inclined to interfere at the stage of investigation of the cognizable offence. The application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the contentions on submission of Final
