The petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondents to the effect that her peaceful possession over the land, situate in Mauza Belatari, in the district of West Champaran, be not disturbed, in the light of a letter written to the Anchal Amin dated 04.06.2018 by Anchal Adhikari. It is the case of the petitioner that the disputed land had been settled in favour of the vendor of the petitioner in 1945, by Ram Nagar Raj and the respondents are attempting to disturb her peaceful possession variously. There is a proposal to establish a school over the land, in question, the petitioner

In my opinion, the nature of dispute raised in this writ application, could have been raised before the Public Grievance Redressal Officer under Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015 (for short 'the Act'), by making an appropriate application in accordance with the procedures prescribed under the Act and the Rules framed thereunder. It is indicated that if the petitioner approaches the Public Grievance Redressal Officer, by making an application in accordance with the prescribed procedures under the Act and the Rules framed thereunder, the same shall be disposed of expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of making of such application.

The writ application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
