(ii). For the issuance of an appropriate writ commanding the respondent authorities to consider and appoint the petitioners on the post of Advisor in Women Helpline, Bhagalpur pursuant to advertisement letter no. 1105/2013-14 dated 10.10.2013."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Respondents authorities for redressal of their subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
