=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 15-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Pursuant to order dated 06.10.2015, counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Accountant General, Bihar annexing copy of PPO order dated 08.10.2015 in favour of the petitioner.

On the last occasion, the stand of the respondent no. 4, who was present in Court and which has also been recorded in the order is that GPF, unutilized Earned Leave, Group Insurance and arrears of salary from March 2013 to April, 2013 have already been credited in the account of the petitioner. There is no rejoinder filed to show that such statement was incorrect. Further, in view of the copy of the PPO dated 08.10.2015, having been brought on record, the Court is of the opinion that all admitted dues of the petitioner have been paid.

Patna High Court CWJC No.13749 of 2014 dt.15-10-2015 2/2 The Court would like to observe that the authorities will now ensure payment to the petitioner in terms of the PPO without creating any further hurdle, failing which she shall be at liberty to bring the matter to the notice of the Court. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J.) P. Kumar U T
