The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint case No. 1039 of 2010 registered under Section 498A, 323 of the IPC.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are brother-in-law and sister-in-law of the complainant but it appears that processes under Section 82 and 83 of the Cr. P. C. have already been exhausted. In this view of the fact, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
