Petitioner is in custody in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 80 of 2020 for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 354,504, 506, 448 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case omnibus allegation has been levelled against 13 persons that they fired indiscriminately on the victim.

Learned counsel submits that there is no specific allegation of firing on the victim causing injury to the victim against this petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 7.6.2020.
