This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 25(1-A)/25(1-Arms Act), 25(1-6)AC, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner was not apprehended by the police, but, his name finds place in the confessional statement of the co-accused. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with S.C. No. 782 of 2013 arising out of Muffasil P.S. Case No. 259 of 2003 to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, V, Munger.
