JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Munger Muffasil P. S. Case No. 60 of 2014 registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 25(1-AA) and 26(i)(ii) of the Arms Act. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court, vide order dated 15.10.2014, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35199 of 2014. Regard being had to the reasons assigned in the aforesaid order dated 15.10.2014, I see no reason to take a different view in the matter. Accordingly, the application is rejected.

The Court below is directed to hold the trial on day-to-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54028 of 2015 (2) dt.09-12-2015 2/2 day basis and conclude the same as early as possible, preferably within one year from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which the petitioner would be entitled to renew his prayer for bail before the trial Court itself.
