Versus

1. The State of Bihar .... .... Respondent/s =========================================================== Appearance :

For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Kamlesh Kumar Pathak, Advocate For the Respondent/s : Mr. Nand Kumar, APP =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. This revision application has been filed for setting aside the judgment and dated 29.7.2015 passed by the Sessions Judge, Aurangabad in Criminal Appeal No.45 of 2015, by which he has affirmed the order dated 22.6.2015 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Aurangabad, by which he has refused to release the Petitioner in G.R. No.2689 of 2013 (Trial No.797 of 2015) arising out of Aurangabad Muffasil P.S. case No.296 of 2013. In view of the antecedents of the Petitioner, I would think it highly unsafe to release the Petitioner since there is every possibility of him mingling with anti social elements.

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.832 of 2015 dt.08-02-2016 2/2 The application stands dismissed.

The Juvenile Justice Board is directed to conclude the proceedings positively within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party, for which reason he shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for each witnesses for their examination along with a copy of this order to the S.P., Aurangabad, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in the trial.
