The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Sections 25(1-b)a,26 and 35 of Arms Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is that from his possession a loaded country made pistol and four live cartridges and two mobile sets were recovered.

On behalf of the petitioner it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 27.04.2015.Charge sheet has been submitted. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. As per prosecution one country made pistol and four cartridges are said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has denied the said recovery.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37293 of 2015 (3) dt.07-10-2015 2/2 On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M.,(Chapra) Saran in Nagar (Chapra) P.S.Case No.111 of 2015.
