JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-12-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to make payment of due salary for the period 01.11.1994 to 15.09.1995, 01.03.1996 to 14.03.1996 and 11.01.2009 to 10.02.2009.

This Court finds that on account of retirement of the petitioner on 31.08.2013, the claim being made, as aforesaid, are stale claims, however, in the interest of justice, this Court deems it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the Block Development Officer, Nautan Block, District-West Champaran for redressal of his grievances.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid liberty.
