Mr.Anil Kumar Singh No.1, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No.528 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that petitioner along with 10 to 15 other persons entered into the house of the informant and on the arms point they looted ornaments, mobile phone, laptop and Rs.2,40,000/- cash.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not named in the F.I.R and he is in custody since 28.08.2018, but he has not been put on TIP.

Considering the fact that petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. and he has remained in custody since 28.08.2018, yet

Let the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj, in connection with Kishanganj P.S.
