The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Kotwa P.S.Case No.215 of 2016 G.R.Case No.6587 of 2016 registered for offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 354, 380, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Allegation against the petitioner is of tearing the blouse of the informant and also assaulting her, they were armed with Pistol.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36048 of 2019(3) dt.13-08-2019 2/2 that earlier lodging of the case a case had been lodged from the petitioners' side and now both the parties have settled the dispute and filed a petition before the court below. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners surrender before the learned court below on 24.8.2019 and on surrender the learned court below shall verify the submissions of the compromise between the parties and once being satisfied with the same, he shall release the petitioners on bail in connection with Kotwa P.S.Case No.215 of 2016 G.R.Case No.6587 of 2016.
With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.
