JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 27-06-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. Petitioner is aggrieved by his posting as Headmaster in the school which is located in the village of the petitioner. He feel that posting in his own village is not congenial for discharging his duty as Headmaster. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there are large number of vacancies of Headmaster available at Aurangabad town but case of the petitioner for posting

Patna High Court CWJC No.6953 of 2018(3) dt.27-06-2019 2/2 according to his choice was not considered by the respondents. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the District Education Officer, Aurangabad for his posting according to his choice provided vacancies are available as per his choice.

Necessary decision on the representation of the petitioner for choice posting as per available of vacancies may be taken by the District Education Officer, Aurangabad within a maximum period of one month from the date of filing of such representation.
