BAJANTHRI ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 17-01-2022 This matter is heard via video conferencing due to circumstances prevailing on account of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Mr. Prashant Pratap, learned GP 2 accepts notice to State-respondents no. 1 to 8.

Service of notice to ninth respondent-Lalita Kumari is dispensed with since no adverse order is passed against her. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:-

Patna High Court CWJC No.1082 of 2021 dt.17-01-2022 2/2 "(i) To direct the respondent no. 6 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner sent before his on 08.08.2020 against the illegal cancellation of the selection of the petitioner as Anganbari Sevika of Centre-Tiwari Tola Auraiya (Centre Code-279) corresponding to Ward No. 01 of Gram Panchayat Raj Auraiya falling within Chanpatia Block of West Champaran District (Annexure-11).

(ii) To dispose of the aforesaid representation by a reasoned and speaking order.

(iii) For any other relief/s to which the petitioner is found entitled to."

Petitioner is stated to have preferred an appeal before the appellate authority. The appellate authority is hereby directed to decide the petitioner's appeal within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and ninth respondent-Lalita Kumari. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed off.
