JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-02-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that the mother of the informant Dharmshila Devi went to bring water from the government hand pump when the accused persons abused the mother of the informant. On protest being made the informant was compelled to leave the hand pump and the accused persons chased her with lathi and danda and assaulted. It is alleged that the petitioners resorted to fire on the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4721 of 2016 (2) dt.04-02-2016 2/2 that though the petitioners are involved in two other cases lodged by the present informant.

Considering the nature of accusation and no fire arm injury was caused to the informant, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura (Kusumbha OP) P.S. Case No.341 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Anil/- U T
