2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special N.D.P.S. Case No. 33 of 2022/ N.C.B. No. 22 of 2022 corresponding to Narcotic Control Bureau Offence No. 24 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(iii)(c), 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 600 Kg. of Ganja and the petitioner was caught on the spot. One witness is left to be examined in the case.

4. Considering the fact that the trial has started in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53500 of 2024(6) dt.21-02-2025 2/2 which one witness is yet to be examined, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
