The petitioner seeks bail in Sikandra P.S. Case No.62 of 2015, GR No. 814 of 2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 326, 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged that the petitioner has entered into the Mela and started punching the person with knife. As per FIR petitioner has caused injury to the brother of the informant and later on he has caused injury on Jyotish Kumar and Lalu Kumar Yadav and one person has died on that account.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49223 of 2015 (2) dt.04-11-2015 investigation independent witnesses have not said about direct involvement of the petitioner.

From the record it appears that there is direct allegation against the petitioner that he has caused injury to the brother of the informant.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
