JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 26-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl.P.P.

Petitioners have challenged the order impugned dated 06.12.2012 whereby and whereunder, the learned lower court took cognizance of offence punishable under Section 498(A) and 323 of the Indian Penal Code and further, summon petitioners to face trial.

Petitioners no. 2 and 3 are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the complainant.

No.3569 of 2016 (2) dt.26-08-2016 2/2 It has been submitted on behalf of petitioners that they are ready to keep the complainant with full dignity but she happens to be at fault who, on one pretext or other, left the house of the petitioners and now-a-days, she is employed under Jivika. Accordingly, the learned lower court is directed to have some sort of positive steps taken at its end to get the matter amicably sorted out. In case, controversy is resolved then in that event, will discharge the accused persons. In case, the matter is not resolved then in that event, will pass appropriate order in accordance with law.

In terms thereof, the instant petition is disposed of.
