It has been alleged by the informant Dhammu Kumar Manjhi that while he was present at Patar market, Sipahi, Dinesh, Dilip, Shrawan began to abuse which was protested by him and on account thereof, Sipahi called criminals who came on motorcycle and fired causing injury over his left hand.

Considering the nature of allegation, petitioner Dilip Barnawal is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Siwan in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No.157 of 2015.
