The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 187 of 2015 registered under Sections 394 and 395 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is neither any recovery has been made from the possession of the petitioner nor petitioner has put on T.I. Parade. Only material against the petitioner is that he was seen crossing the road.
