The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Deep Nagar P.S. Case No.285 of 2018 registered under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation, period of about four months spent by the petitioner in custody and the willingness of the petitioner to furnish sureties and bonds to the satisfaction of the court, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Deep Nagar P.S. Case No.285 of 2018 subject to the following

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33924 of 2019(2) dt.23-05-2019 2/2 conditions:- (a) that the petitioner shall attend court in accordance with the conditions of the bond executed, (b) that the petitioner shall not commit an offence similar to the offence of the present case, and (c) that the petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer or tamper with the evidence.
