1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman and in sum and substance the allegation is that petitioner received Rs. 12,000/- as encouragement amount for constructing a lavatory, but after receiving the amount, the petitioner did not construct the lavatory.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case. It is next submitted that it is not in dispute that petitioner was given
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37717 of 2025(2) dt.18-06-2025 2/2 an amount of Rs. 12,000/- for constructing the lavatory and the petitioner even constructed the lavatory. It is further submitted that before instituting the FIR, had an opportunity been given to the petitioner to explain her side of the case, perhaps the FIR would not have been instituted.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the fact that petitioner is a woman, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 353 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
