14-12-2015 Heard Sri Anish Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, who is in custody since 20-04-2015 in Town P.S. Case No. 286 of 2015, corresponding to Tr. No. 498 of 2015 registered for the offence under Section 401 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated and he is having clean antecedent.

Keeping in view the nature of accusation, period of custody as well as clean antecedent, let the petitioner namely Sanjay Mallik be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
