This is the second attempt of the petitioner to obtain bail in connection with S.T. No. 183 of 2019 arising out of Kuchaikot P.S. Case No. 07 of 2019 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 04.09.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 79912/2019.

Having regard to the reasons and rationale provided in the order dated 04.09.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 79912 of 2019, there being specific case against the petitioner that he is

Prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is, thus, rejected.
