The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 212 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 353, 332, 336, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed, subject to the condition that the petitioner will deposit Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) in the District Legal Aid Committee, Muzaffarpur while accepting the bail bond of the petitioner
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47438 of 2021(2) dt.23-05-2022 2/2 the Court below shall verify the fact that the amount has been deposited by the petitioner.
Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur/Concern Court in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 212 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Anand Kr.
