JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 03-02-2016 Seen the report submitted by the learned lower Court. The aforesaid report happens to be dated 28.01.2016, wherefrom it is evident that learned lower Court undertook to conclude the trial within two months.

Considering the nature of the case as well as period of detention, the learned lower Court will endeavor to conclude the trial within the aforesaid stipulated period, disclosed by the Court itself failing which, the learned lower Court will release the petitioner on bail, subject to condition, as fixed by the learned lower Court itself.

With the aforesaid direction, the instant petition is disposed of.
