ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner seeks modification of order dated 21.12.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39227 of 2015 for extension of time fixed in the said order for surrender before the Court below. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was prevented by sufficient cause which stands indicated in the present application at paragraph No. 5. He submits that the petitioner shall now surrender within a period of three weeks from today. Let the time fixed for surrender before the Court below vide order dated 21.12.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39227 of 2015 be read as three weeks from today.
With the aforementioned modification, the present application stands disposed of.
