This present Cr. Revision Application has been filed against the order dated 26.04.2017 passed by Fast Track Court no.1 Madhubani in Sessions Trial No. 735 of 2007 / 10 of 2017 and Sessions Trial No. 704 of 2007 arising out of Khajauli P.S. Case No. 73 of 2005 whereby and whereunder Fast Track Court no.1 Madhubani has acquitted O.P. no. 2 to 7 from the charges under Section 302 /34 of I.P.C. by which they were facing trail

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.717 of 2017(4) dt.18-04-2023 2/2 in aforesaid Sessions Trial No. 735 of 2007 / 10 of 2017 and Sessions Trial No. 704 of 2007.

Counsel for State submits that the petitioner of criminal revision application is neither informant nor accused in this case. She is one of the witness in this case. Counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to explain that under what circumstances, the person who is neither informant nor accused in this case has preferred this criminal revision.

On this preliminary objection, this criminal revision petition is hereby dismissed.
