2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 56 of 2024 registered under Sections 363, 365 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The informant suspects that all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner disappeared the son of informant.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that only on suspicion, petitioner has been made accused in the case. During the course of investigation, coaccused Sudheer Pandey stated in his statement that he along with co-accused Yashraj Mishra killed the son of informant and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39220 of 2024(4) dt.13-08-2024 2/2 threw the dead body near Pandai River Bridge. No tangible material has come during the course of investigation to show the complicity of the petitioner in the alleged occurrence. Petitioner is a student and has got clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 56 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) utkarsh/- U T
